Gift wrapping is free of charge. If you would like this, please let us know when ordering.
At our store, we carry out authenticity checks and only sell products that meet our standards.
Usually, we will ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. The arrival date and time will vary depending on the address of arrival, so please use the tracking number provided in the shipping completion email to check. Please also refer to our delivery policy regarding business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customer circumstances. However, only in the case of initial defects, we will accept your request within 3 days of receiving the product. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
